FAQ

The questions everyone asks — answered straight.

Is this a scam?

No — and here's how to check: my identity is verifiable via a published PGP key, I never ask for upfront payment, you encrypt your own data before sending it, and I publish exactly what I will and won't do. Scammers do the opposite of all of that.

Will you recover a wallet that isn't mine?

No. Every job requires proof the wallet is yours — a known target address plus supporting evidence. I won't help with anything you can't prove you own.

What if you can't recover it?

Then you pay nothing. No recovery, no fee is literal — if I don't recover your access, there's no charge.

How is my wallet protected?

You encrypt sensitive material (seeds, wallet files, passwords) in your own browser to my public key before it ever leaves your machine. I retain it only as long as needed, purge it on completion, and never log seeds or keys.

Why is there no office?

I work solo and online. That keeps overhead low (part of why I can offer no-fee-unless-recovered) without weakening security — the same encryption and audit trail apply.
