1) You prove the wallet is yours (known target address + evidence). 2) Free triage — a specialist checks the wallet is valid and recoverable in principle; either side can decline; no GPU yet. 3) We agree a transparent success fee in writing, beforehand. 4) One specialist attempts recovery with seed-phrase enumeration and key-derivation tooling on GPU, keeping you informed. No black box.

Encrypted and short-lived
Sensitive material is encrypted in your browser to my key. I keep it only as long as needed, then purge it. I never log seeds or keys.
Fees — clear and success-based
Assessment is free. Recovery is success-based: 15% of recovered funds, agreed in writing beforehand (the market average is around 20%; we charge less). If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. No surprises, ever.
